May 21, 2026 - to reflect the updated BCACC fee guide published on April 22, 2026, the schedule below reflects my updated rates for new clients. Availability for sessions is on weekdays before 3pm and a small support dog might be present in session.
In person and virtual appointments are now scheduled on different days, please make sure to click on the “Online Individual Session” option to see the online appointment availability.
Please add yourself to the waiting list if you don’t see a time that works for you or contact the practitioner at luciapwellness@gmail.com. I do my best to add appointments when there is a longer waiting list. If you join the waitlist, you will get an automated email if a spot opens up right away. You can join the waitlist by logging into your profile or clicking on the link at the bottom of this page in the left corner.
Pre-booking your preferred appointment times on a repeated basis by emailing the practitioner is recommended as otherwise they are available to other clients on a first-time first-serve basis.
If you need to change your appointment time, please contact the practitioner in advance if possible so that other clients could access the time slot. Our cancellation policy is minimum 48 hour notice to prevent cancellation charges (50% of the fee when cancelling 48-24 hours before the appointment, full fee for cancellations with less than 24 hour notice) as the time has been reserved for you. If finances are a barrier, please contact me to discuss sliding scale options - typically available for people experiencing unemployment or full-time students but I am always happy to discuss options as your well-being and access to care matters to me.
